As directed, According to section 4 (1) of ‘The Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (prevention, prohibition and redressal) Act, 2013’, an ‘Internal Complaints Committee’ is hereby constituted with immediate effect with the following members to conduct an inquiry upon the complaints received upon on sexual harassment on women employees at the workplace. This Committee is being constituted in compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act and the Hon’ble Supreme Court guidelines.
